SAPIENCIA' is a human installation in motion.

 

It is made up of bodies connected or interwoven by their hair or heads. In an indecipherable mystery, their faces are completely covered by a woollen mask (animal hair) that extends into space, forming a collective web. This human mass, linked together, breathes in unison, making movements that construct different human landscapes in a parallel or frozen time, as an analogy to the relativity of time and space. They could be archaic, brought from another time, from the time when homo sapiens populated the earth, they could be the brutal human that underlies our current state. This piece is a totemic ritual of human thought. A question installed in that moment of the beginning of civilisation, that which remains despite our evolution.
